Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Retail Sales Executive to drive sales and market expansion for our FMCG brand. The candidate will be responsible for door-to-door sales, customer acquisition, product promotion, and order generation within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales and product promotion in assigned areas.
Introduce and explain FMCG products, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
Generate new customers and build strong relationships with them.
Take orders and ensure timely follow-up for repeat sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach in assigned territories.
Maintain regular follow-ups with retailers and customers.
Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, and competitors.
Maintain daily sales and visit reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Ensure proper product visibility and brand promotion in the assigned market.
Requirements0–3 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Field Sales, Retail Sales, Direct Sales, or similar roles.
Freshers with good communication and a willingness to work in the field can also apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and extensive field visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
