Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to find, attract, and hire top talent for our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process from searching for candidates to finalizing job offers. You will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and create smart strategies to find the best professionals in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with Managers: Meet with department heads to understand team needs and outline specific job requirements.
Source Top Candidates: Use LinkedIn, job boards, portfolios, and professional networks to find passive candidates.
Screen and Interview: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates for skills and culture fit.
Manage Offers: Create competitive job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Build Talent Pipelines: Maintain a network of qualified professionals for future hiring needs.
Improve Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
Track Recruitment Data: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor hiring metrics and improve the recruitment process.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Technical Skills: Strong experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, interview effectively, and negotiate offers.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle multiple open roles at once and meet hiring deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
