Requirements:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
Able to work hand in hand with the U.S. Product Owner and drive delivery with the technical team in India.
Expected to be hands-on and act as a backup for the U.S. Product Owner when required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
Strong ownership mindset, proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and ensuring project continuity across geographies
Process
Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA and Excel.
Skilled in UAT coordination, gap analysis, impact assessments, and driving process improvements throughout SDLC.
Technology
Should have a strong data mindset — able to understand the application beyond functionality and from a user perspective.
Should be able to understand data structures and underlying logic to efficiently define and test solutions.
Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows; familiarity with databases and basic programming concepts.
