Oswal Group is looking to engage retired / senior construction professionals with 30+ years of experience for the OCOS Governance Committee as Committee Members / Chairman / Senior Advisors.
Key Requirements
• 30+ years of experience in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure
• Experience managing large-scale projects exceeding 1 million sq. ft.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Senior-level experience in Construction Execution & Project Management
• Hands-on experience in Aluform / Aluminium Formwork
• Experience in High-Rise Residential Construction
• Experience in Precast Construction
• Expertise in Planning, Project Controls, Quality & Execution
• Strong understanding of Procurement, Commercial & Cost Controls
• Experience in developing SOPs, KPIs, governance and construction operating systems
• Proven experience in construction standardization and process improvement
• Experience with ERP / Digital Construction Systems
• Strong experience in Contractor Management and Project Performance Reviews
Organization Background
Candidates must have relevant senior-level experience with:
L&T | Shapoorji Pallonji | DLF | Sobha | Lodha | Prestige
📍 Kolkata / Project Sites, as required
⏳ Initial Engagement: 4 Months | Extendable based on project requirements
⚠️ Important: This is a project-based advisory engagement and NOT a permanent employment position. The engagement will be linked to the OCOS project scope, deliverables and requirements.
We are looking for retired construction leaders who can bring their decades of experience to help design, validate and implement the OCOS.
