Role Description The Sr. Executive Fundraising & Investor Relations will lead initiatives to attract, manage, and retain investors for Oswal Group. This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata includes developing fundraising strategies, preparing investor pitches, and coordinating presentations and roadshows. The role involves maintaining ongoing communication with existing and potential investors, managing investor databases, and ensuring timely updates on project progress and financial performance. The Sr. Executive will collaborate with finance, projects, and leadership teams to prepare investment proposals, reports, and dashboards, and support due diligence processes. The position also includes monitoring market trends, identifying new funding opportunities, and contributing to long-term capital-raising plans.
Key Responsibilities :
• Support debt & capital raising – Construction Finance, LAP, LRD, Project Finance & Structured Debt
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, investors, HNIs & financial institutions
• Prepare financial models, CMA, cash flows and funding proposals
• Support due diligence, documentation, sanction & disbursement
• Monitor funding, covenants and repayment schedules
• Assist in investor communication and MIS
What we are looking for
✔️ 3–7 years of relevant experience
✔️ Real Estate experience is mandatory
✔️ Candidates based in Kolkata only with good knowledge of the Kolkata real estate & financing market
✔️ Strong Excel, financial analysis and communication skills
