About the Role
We are looking for an Order Delivery Executive to take full ownership of end-to-end shipment tracking and delivery coordination. In this role, you will work closely with logistics partners, internal teams, and customers to ensure orders are delivered on time, resolve shipment exceptions, drive down RTO rates, and streamline delivery turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
Actively track and monitor all open delivery cases across courier partner portals, email, and communication channels.
Proactively follow up on delayed shipments, NDRs, delivery attempts, address verification issues, and lost or damaged cases until complete closure.
Connect directly with customers over phone calls to provide order updates, confirm address details, arrange delivery re-attempts, and prevent avoidable RTOs.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams—including CX, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketplaces—to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.
Track courier SLAs, identify recurring operational gaps, and support freight cost optimization by reducing unnecessary re-attempts and return costs.
Maintain accurate tracking records and prepare regular status reports on open case ageing, delivery TAT, and resolution rates.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, courier/logistics coordination, order management, or delivery support.
Core Skills: Solid practical knowledge of courier tracking portals, NDR/RTO management workflows, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Communication: Clear, polite, and confident customer-handling skills, with total comfort in making regular outbound coordination calls.
Mindset: Strong ownership, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward closing every open case.
