Are you passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition? We're looking for a motivated Human Resource Recruiter to join our growing team!
Location: Work From Home
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary : Upto 15k
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
