About the role
We are looking for an organized and proactive professional to manage training coordination,
operational support, and learning platform activities.
Coordinate training schedules, client communication, follow-ups, and logistics.
Support external members with day-to-day training requirements.
Prepare training materials, posters, letters, certificates, and communications.
Manage the LMS/e-learning platform, including user access, assignments, and records.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal and external
communications.
Maintain accurate training and operational records.
You have
Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Familiarity with LMS/training platforms.
Basic Canva/PowerPoint or similar design skills.
Strong follow-up, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.
