EV Car Moblity Engineers

Role Description The EV Car Mobility Engineer role at A.com is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing EV vehicle systems and components. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing mechanical designs, performing simulations and analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on EV architecture, drivetrains, chassis, and structural elements. The role involves using CAD tools to model components, participating in R&D initiatives to explore new materials and technologies, and supporting prototype builds and design reviews. EV Car Mobility Engineers also document technical specifications, contribute to project planning, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with experience in EV or automotive systems.
Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for component and system modeling.
Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including testing, validation, and iterative design improvement.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and timely delivery of engineering tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary team environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with EV technologies, vehicle dynamics, materials science, and relevant industry standards is beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with using collaboration tools and documentation platforms to manage designs, reports, and project updates.
