Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Nagpur. The Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and sourcing candidates through multiple channels. Daily responsibilities include screening applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews, coordinating and scheduling in-person interviews, and facilitating assessments and background checks. The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records, updating hiring managers on pipeline status, and supporting offer negotiations and onboarding steps. The Recruiter will also contribute to improving recruitment processes, ensuring a professional candidate experience, and meeting hiring targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, application screening, and interview coordination.
Ability to manage assessments, reference checks, and background verification processes.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and common office productivity tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Understanding of basic HR practices, hiring compliance, and ethical recruitment standards.
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
