Role Description The Recruiter role at Hiring Hub is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and sourcing candidates through various channels. Daily responsibilities include screening applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating background checks. The person in this role will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate records in recruiting systems and support continuous improvement of hiring processes.
Qualifications
Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities, including resume review, talent research, and use of job boards or professional networks.
Proficiency in conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews, with clear, unbiased evaluation and note-taking skills.
Experience coordinating assessments, background checks, and other pre-employment steps, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates at different levels.
Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking or HR systems.
Understanding of basic recruitment metrics and best practices, with interest in improving processes and candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination is preferred; exposure to diverse hiring needs is an advantage.
