JOB DESCRIPTION – CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical discipline.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Experience in EPC, construction, industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
