Role Description The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across EduralSkills’ digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and learning materials. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics aligned with EduralSkills’ programs, developing content strategies that support learner outcomes, writing and editing web and marketing content, and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging. The role also involves collaborating with instructors, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to convert complex concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, requiring close coordination with the local team to support ongoing courses, campaigns, and learner communications.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage diverse learner audiences.
Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
Experience in Content Strategy and planning content calendars aligned with program and marketing goals.
Ability in Content Management, including organizing, updating, and optimizing digital content across platforms.
Excellent editing and proofreading abilities with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO basics, and analytics tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in Patna, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Interest in education, upskilling, and the digital economy; prior experience in edtech or training organizations is a plus.
