Role Description The Business Development Manager role at TekDallas Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding TekDallas’s presence across key industries. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, collaborating with technical teams to shape proposals and solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity, AI/ML, data, and cloud offerings. The role also involves preparing business reports, forecasting revenue, and representing TekDallas at industry events and networking forums.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, account management, and B2B sales within technology or cybersecurity domains.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand and communicate solutions related to cybersecurity, AI/ML, data analytics, cloud migration, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to drive decisions and refine strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
Experience working with clients in sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, or manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel for client meetings or events as needed.
