Role Description The Placement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves coordinating and managing job placement activities for students and trainees, including identifying suitable opportunities, maintaining employer relationships, and organizing recruitment drives. The Placement Executive will regularly interact with learners to understand their career goals, provide guidance on employability skills, and support them in preparing resumes and for interviews. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to align training programs with industry requirements, maintaining placement records, and preparing regular reports on placement outcomes. The Placement Executive will also handle queries from employers and candidates to ensure a smooth placement process and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Job Placements and experience in coordinating campus recruitment or placement activities.
Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain relationships with students, employers, and institutional stakeholders.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for conducting presentations, counseling sessions, and employer interactions.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond effectively to queries and ensure satisfaction for both candidates and hiring partners.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support learners with employability workshops, interview preparation, and career guidance.
Relevant experience in education management, human resources, or talent acquisition is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and use basic office and placement-related software tools is required.
