Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for designing and delivering digital marketing training programs to students and professionals. Day-to-day tasks include planning course content, creating training materials and presentations, and conducting interactive classroom sessions on topics such as social media marketing, online advertising, content marketing, and analytics. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects, provide feedback and mentoring, and support participants in applying digital marketing concepts to real-world scenarios. The role involves staying updated on industry trends and tools, collaborating with internal teams to refine curricula, and contributing to the development of industry-aligned training modules and workshops. The trainer may also participate in seminars, demo sessions, and institutional outreach activities to promote digital marketing programs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, conduct engaging presentations, and facilitate interactive classroom discussions.
Candidates should possess Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in planning campaigns, managing social media channels, and using digital platforms for brand promotion.
Candidates should possess Training and Coaching skills, including curriculum development, instructional design, learner assessment, and experience delivering instructor-led sessions.
Candidates should possess Sales and Relationship-Building skills to support program promotion, handle inquiries, and collaborate effectively with institutional stakeholders and industry partners.
Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior experience as a digital marketing trainer or practitioner in the digital marketing domain is strongly preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple batches or programs, and maintain organized training documentation and learner records.
