Internship - Founder's Office

About The Role
You’ll work directly with the founder on high-priority projects across the business - owning them end-to-end alongside the founder. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility internship for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves structured execution, and wants exposure to strategy, operations, partnerships, and client experience in a premium travel brand.
What You Will Do
Own and drive special projects from idea to completion (research → plan → execute → close).
Build trackers, timelines, task lists, and weekly status updates so nothing slips through the cracks.
Conduct market/competitor/destination research to inform new products, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, brochures, and client presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure timely delivery.
Support lead generation, CRM hygiene, and pipeline tracking for business development.
Document SOPs and improve workflows for recurring operations.
Prepare concise briefs, meeting notes, and action trackers for the founder.
Who You Are
Extremely organized, proactive, and comfortable chasing deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication; can draft crisp emails, decks, and summaries.
High comfort with Google Workspace, Notion, and basic design tools (Canva/Gamma).
Interest in luxury travel, experiences, partnerships, and founder-led businesses.
Know the right way of using AI tools.
Nice To Have
Prior internship in startups, travel, hospitality, or founder offices.
Experience with CRM, lead-gen, or sales/marketing ops.
Portfolio of decks, write-ups, or project trackers you’ve built.
