Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, well-connected Independent Sales Representative to join our team. In this 100% commission-based role, you will act as a specialized travel advisor, leveraging your network and sales expertise to book high-value golf trips.
This role is designed for an entrepreneurial self-starter who understands the game of golf, possesses a strong network of high-net-worth individuals or club members, and wants the freedom of unlimited earning potential without the constraints of a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including individual golfers, country club professionals, corporate groups, and golf leagues.
Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert to design custom golf itineraries, including tee times at marquee courses, luxury accommodations, ground transportation, and off-course experiences.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and generate high-quality referrals.
Pipeline Management: Track leads, proposals, and closed sales independently (or using our provided CRM tools) to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to booking.
Brand Representation: Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for Atelier Forbidden Journeys within your local golf community and at networking events.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or luxury travel planning.
Industry Knowledge: Deep passion for and understanding of the golf industry. Familiarity with top-tier global golf destinations (e.g., St Andrews, Pebble Beach, Bandon Dunes, etc.) is highly preferred.
Network: Existing relationships within private country clubs, golf associations, or high-net-worth networks is a significant advantage.
Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated by uncapped commission structures.
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a high standard of client service.
