We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and outbound channels
Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting to closure
Develop and execute effective sales and business growth strategies
Achieve and exceed revenue and business development targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / B2B Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients
Strong commercial and strategic thinking
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Experience managing the complete sales/business development lifecycle is preferred
