🚨 We're Hiring – US IT Recruiter (5+ Years Experience)
🚨Aorzon Technologies Inc. is looking for a passionate and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite)
💼 Experience: 5+ Years in US IT Recruitment
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time
Required Skills:
✅ 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
✅ Strong experience in sourcing W2, C2C, and Full-Time candidates
✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
✅ Good understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, GC EAD, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.)
✅ Experience working with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
