Role Description
The Human Resources Administrative Officer will provide day-to-day HR support to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and relevant labor and employment laws. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad will involve managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, supporting onboarding and induction, and maintaining HR documentation and databases. The role includes assisting with the implementation of HR policies, handling routine employee queries, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The HR Administrative Officer will also assist in managing attendance, leave, and payroll inputs, and help foster positive employee relations through timely communication and support to team members and management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law to support compliant HR practices and documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to help maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR certification is an advantage.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS tools and MS Office.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Experience in industrial or technical sectors, and familiarity with safety-focused work environments, will be considered beneficial.
