Role Description The Human Resources Generalist at Atomtrax Energy LLP will handle day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting talent acquisition and onboarding processes. This full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar will coordinate employee benefits, assist with payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company procedures. The HR Generalist will act as a point of contact for employee queries, support performance management cycles, and help organize training and development initiatives. The role also includes supporting employee engagement activities, managing HR documentation, and collaborating with management to continuously improve HR processes and workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies and procedures in alignment with local labor regulations.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including coordination with service providers.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, and solid MS Office skills for reporting and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Prior experience in a technical, industrial, or regulated environment (energy, healthcare, or manufacturing) is a plus.
