Guests can enjoy more than 50 adventure and recreational activities, along with seasonal offerings such as a large swimming pool, rain dance, mud baths, and tubewell baths. Multiple dining options provide healthy, hearty meals, and cottage-style accommodations allow visitors to experience authentic farm life with overnight stays. Rangmanch Farms hosts day outings, corporate offsites, social gatherings, birthday parties, pre-wedding photoshoots, and wedding-related functions, including destination weddings, in a serene, nature-filled environment away from city noise.
Role Description The Founder's Office Associate will work closely with the founder on a full-time basis to support strategic initiatives, daily operations, and special projects at Rangmanch Farms. This on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves coordinating with different teams (operations, hospitality, marketing, and events), preparing reports, and tracking progress on key business priorities. The associate will help manage founder calendars, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of tasks. Responsibilities include conducting research for new offerings or partnerships, creating presentations and documents, and supporting planning for corporate events, social gatherings, and farm experiences. The role also involves handling ad hoc projects, identifying process improvements, and maintaining high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, reports, presentations, and internal updates.
Analytical and research abilities to gather information, evaluate options, and support data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, documentation tools) and comfort with basic digital tools.
Relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and to support event and guest coordination.
Detail-oriented mindset, problem-solving attitude, and openness to handle diverse responsibilities in a growing hospitality and experiences business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in hospitality, events, or operations is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site at the farm, including occasional weekends or extended hours during peak event and wedding seasons.
