Travel Consultant

Avian Experiences is a fast-growing travel tech startup focused on creating thoughtfully designed domestic and international journeys for modern travellers and communities.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our
team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our travellers, understanding
their travel dreams, recommending the right experiences, and guiding them
throughout their booking journey. From the first enquiry to a confirmed booking, you'll
help make every interaction smooth, memorable, and enjoyable while delivering
exceptional customer service.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Sales
Skill Required
• Sales and Negotiation abilities.
• Business development orientation.
• Basic knowledge of the tourism and travel industry.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Understand travellers' needs and recommend the right travel packages.
• Create customised itineraries, quotations, and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build lasting customer relationships through timely follow-ups and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and trip execution.
• Maintain CRM records, achieve sales targets, and stay updated on travel products and destinations.
