We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our premier jewellery showroom in Rajkot! If you have a passion for fine jewellery, a sharp eye for luxury retail, and a proven track record of driving sales, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving daily operations, mentoring a high-performing sales team, and delivering an unforgettable luxury shopping experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive individual and showroom sales targets through local promotional initiatives and VIP client relationship building.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, visual merchandising, and high-end floor presentation standards.
Manage meticulous stock audits, inventory control, and loss-prevention protocols.
Lead, train, and motivate sales executives on product knowledge (gold, diamond, and precious stones).
Resolve customer escalations with grace and maintain exceptional standards of luxury service.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3–7+ years in retail store management (fine jewellery or luxury retail preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or equivalent field experience.
Languages: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Skills: Strong leadership, POS billing proficiency, and inventory reconciliation.
