Site Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad India for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at assigned project locations, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are strictly adhered to. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating materials and resources, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve any issues. The Site Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining communication with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day site activities technicians/glass installers to ensure the completion of project on time
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity.
Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for each discipline.
Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions, and ensure accuracy before fabrication or installation.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and main contractors for inspections, approvals, and progress updates.
Communicate site requirements, constraints, and progress to stakeholders
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
Track material deliveries, site inventory, and installation progress.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in site management across glass, fit‑out, and joinery works.
Strong knowledge of Glass types, hardware, and installation systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office, and basic project management software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
