Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Account / E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms such as AJIO, Myntra, and Nykaa Fashion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, order management, catalog updates, marketplace promotions, and account performance monitoring while ensuring smooth marketplace operations and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across marketplaces like Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and other e-commerce platforms
Upload and update product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory
Monitor marketplace orders, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
Track stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records
Ensure marketplace accounts are updated with latest collections, offers, and pricing
Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and account health metrics
Assist in running marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams for catalog management and issue resolution
Maintain reports related to sales, inventory, returns, and marketplace operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Basic understanding of catalog management and inventory tracking
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
Experience
1+ year experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, cataloging, or online operations preferred
Experience in apparel, fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
