Role Description
The Merchant Executive will manage product assortment, inventory, and pricing strategies for Coitonic Outfits’ gym and activewear categories. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves analyzing sales data and customer trends, coordinating product launches, and ensuring optimal stock levels across key styles and sizes. The role includes close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to plan buys, negotiate terms, and monitor product performance. The Merchant Executive will support merchandising plans for the website, oversee product listing accuracy, and partner with marketing to highlight key collections and promotions. Daily responsibilities also include tracking competitor activity, preparing merchandising reports, and contributing ideas to improve conversion and customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong merchandising and category management skills, including assortment planning, inventory control, and pricing strategy.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using spreadsheets or analytics tools to interpret sales trends and customer behavior.
Solid communication and collaboration skills for working with suppliers, operations, and marketing teams.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing product listings, stock levels, and timelines.
Understanding of e-commerce operations, online merchandising, and basic digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
Interest in fitness, activewear, or fashion retail, with awareness of current trends in gym and athleisure apparel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
