We are looking for an eCommerce Manager who wants to build brands that customers love—not just manage product listings.

We're looking for someone who understands marketplaces, customer behavior, operations, inventory, and growth.
Someone who believes great eCommerce is a combination of strategy, execution, and continuous optimization.
We are building a fast-growing D2C Beauty & Personal Care company with ambitions to become a global brand across Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other leading marketplaces.
Most sellers upload products.
Most sellers compete on price.
Most sellers wait for orders.
We want to build brands that dominate search results, convert visitors into customers, and scale profitably across multiple marketplaces.

What You Will Own

You'll help build the entire eCommerce growth engine.

Create high-converting product listings
Listing optimization
Keyword optimization
Category mapping
Product variations
Bulk uploads
Product launches
Listing health monitoring
Image and content coordination
Inventory & Operations
Inventory planning
Stock forecasting
Replenishment planning
Warehouse coordination
Order management
Returns & refunds
Pricing updates
Catalog management
Marketplace Growth
Sales analysis
Conversion optimization
Buy Box monitoring
Pricing strategy
Promotional planning
Marketplace campaigns
Competitor analysis
Product performance reporting
Cross-functional Coordination
Work with marketing team
Coordinate with designers
Coordinate with warehouse
Coordinate with finance
Coordinate with operations

What We're Looking For
2–6+ years of experience managing eCommerce marketplaces
Strong knowledge of:
Amazon Seller Central
Flipkart Seller Hub
Walmart Marketplace

Shopify
Experience with:

Marketplace reporting
