Educators at OLL teach more than 20,000 learners each day across India through schools and in over eight countries online. The organization offers hands-on learning in over 100 skills, including AI, robotics, coding, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. OLL also runs “Skill Tank,” a TV show on CNBC TV18 that provides a national platform for students to present their business ideas. Through the Skill Bharat Association and the annual Skill Bharat Samman awards, OLL collaborates with school leaders to advance skill development across India.
Role Description This is an on-site Visual Designer internship role based in Mumbai. The Visual Designer intern will support the creation of visuals for digital and print media, including social media creatives, presentations, marketing collateral, and web assets aligned with OLL’s brand. Responsibilities include collaborating with educators and marketing teams to translate concepts into clear visual communications, developing layouts, icons, and graphics for campaigns, and preparing design files for production or development. The intern will assist in refining brand consistency across platforms, iterating designs based on feedback, and maintaining an organized asset library. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs enhance learner engagement and reflect OLL’s mission of practical, skills-based education.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and Graphic Design skills.
Candidates should possess Branding and Graphics skills to ensure cohesive identity across materials.
Candidates should possess Web Design skills for creating and adapting digital assets and interfaces.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) is beneficial.
Ability to convert concepts into clear visual narratives and attention to detail in typography, color, and composition is preferred.
Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment are advantageous.
Currently pursuing or having completed studies in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is beneficial.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, especially in digital and branding projects, is highly preferred.
