Role Description The Relationship Manager role at OLL.co is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, parents, and partners, ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include onboarding and supporting institutional partners, managing ongoing communication, coordinating program delivery, and resolving queries or issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with partner needs, tracking engagement and feedback, and contributing to initiatives that increase adoption and retention. The Relationship Manager will also support events, workshops, and campaigns related to skill development, acting as a key representative of OLL.co’s mission.
Qualifications
Relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build trust, handle concerns, and nurture long-term partnerships.
Customer service and communication skills, with strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal abilities across in-person and digital channels.
Organizational and coordination skills, including managing schedules, follow-ups, documentation, and multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
Basic familiarity with education or edtech domains, such as school operations, skills-based learning, or student engagement initiatives.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing practical solutions.
Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms to track interactions and report outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in relationship management, account management, or sales support is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel locally for meetings and events when needed, and align with OLL.co’s mission of practical, skills-based learning.
