We’re Hiring: Sales Executive
Taxplan Advisor is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Work Mode: On-site / Full-Time
Compensation: ₹1,00,000
Additional Benefits: PF, ESIC & other company benefits
What You’ll Handle:
• Generate and follow up with potential leads
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
• Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client communication
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates
• Contribute to business growth and customer acquisition
Who We’re Looking For:
• 1+ years of experience in sales/business development preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in handling calls and client conversations
• Good convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers
• Basic knowledge of CRM/sales tools is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills
