We’re Hiring: Video Editor
Taxplan Advisor is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
Work Mode: Remote / Freelance
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
What You’ll Handle:
• Edit engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms
• Create short-form videos, promotional videos, reels, and marketing content
• Add transitions, effects, text animations, captions, and subtitles
• Edit videos according to brand guidelines and creative requirements
• Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement
• Select suitable music, sound effects, B-rolls, and visual elements
• Create attention-grabbing hooks and engaging video sequences
• Resize and adapt videos for different social-media formats
• Manage multiple video projects and deliver them within deadlines
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Maintain consistency in branding, quality, and visual style
Who We’re Looking For:
• 1+ years of experience in video editing
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
• Good understanding of transitions, effects, motion graphics, and typography
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-media videos
• Knowledge of colour correction, audio editing, captions, and subtitles
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to select suitable music, B-rolls, and creative assets
• Understanding of different aspect ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills
• Good communication and execution skills
• Candidates must have access to Adobe Premiere Pro for editing work
