💼 Role: HR Intern
🎯 Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers are Welcome!)
What You'll Do
✅ Coordinate with students for documentation, placements, and interview schedules.
✅ Create and manage student profiles on Naukri.com and apply for suitable job opportunities.
✅ Conduct mock HR interviews and coordinate technical mock interviews.
✅ Help students with CV building and interview preparation.
✅ Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
✅ Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Who We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR background preferred).
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in Human Resources.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
