🚀 We are hiring for Intralogistics Software team at Alphadroid!
⚡ Only immediate joiners
We’re looking for strong Java engineers with 5-8 years of experience to build the next-generation Robotics Fleet Manager for real-world intralogistics - working at the intersection of Software + Robotics + AI.
This is a hands-on engineering role involving Core Java, concurrency, distributed systems, graph algorithms, path reservation, optimization and real-time coordination of heterogeneous robots.
📍 Location: Noida
What you’ll do:
• Build the next-generation Robotics Fleet Manager to manage heterogeneous robots in real time
• Design and implement path reservation algorithms and the routing/reservation engine
• Write concurrency-correct, high-performance code for shared live fleet state across hundreds of robots
• Integrate VDA5050 order/state flows and the projection from the application-domain map model
• Take the next version of the Fleet Manager from simulation to on-prem production
Must have:
• 5-8 years of strong Core Java experience (Java 21) - collections & data structures, concurrency and multithreading, Java Memory Model, JVM/GC fundamentals; locks, atomics and virtual threads are a plus
• Strong understanding and practical experience with graph algorithms and path-planning techniques - A*, Dijkstra, D* / D*-Lite and related search/replanning algorithms; spatial and temporal indexing
• Spring Boot experience building production-grade backend services
• Experience with PostgreSQL and message brokers such as MQTT, Kafka or AMQP
• Strong understanding of distributed systems - idempotency, exactly-once semantics/thinking, event journals
• Experience designing REST and gRPC services, JPA/Hibernate, Maven/Gradle
• Strong testing practices - TDD, JUnit 5, Mockito, or similar; profiling and GC tuning
• Experience with Docker and comfort working with large-scale open-source codebases
Nice to have:
• Fleet management / openTCS / intralogistics experience
• VDA5050 protocol
• Kubernetes / Helm deployment experience
Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA or related field
