🎯 What You’ll Do
Analyze learning needs and translate business/skill requirements into clear learning objectives.
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure and develop learning content.
Design structured curricula and engaging e-learning experiences.
Create self-paced, interactive, scenario-based and learner-centric learning modules.
Apply instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM.
Develop assessments and learning activities aligned with learning objectives.
Review, edit and quality-check course content and multimedia elements.
Manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a remote environment.
Explore opportunities for gamification, microlearning and interactive learning experiences.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, curriculum design and assessment strategies.
Excellent content structuring and writing skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with technology domains such as Cyber Security, DevOps, Cloud Computing or related areas is an advantage.
Experience with gamified, interactive or microlearning experiences is highly beneficial.
