At DEAL Automations, we are looking for a passionate and creative Design Engineer with a strong focus on designing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and Industrial Automation Systems.
We are looking for someone who can think beyond conventional design approaches and develop innovative, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Strong experience in SPM & Automation Machine Design
🔹 Creative approach towards concept development & problem-solving
🔹 Focus on cost-effective and optimized designs
🔹 Good understanding of mechanical systems, mechanisms & automation
🔹 Ability to convert customer requirements into practical machine concepts
🔹 Strong attention to quality, functionality, aesthetics & manufacturability
⚙ REQUIRED SKILLS
BE / BTech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering
Strong hands-on experience in SPM / Automation design
Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks
Good knowledge on Selection of material based on Particular Application,
Based on Complexity & Precision of the application Engineer Should be Competent in Selection of Standard Elements Like Pneumatic Cylinders, Hydro Pneumatic Cylinders, Servo Cylinders, Laser Marking Units, leak Testing, Functionality Testing, LVDT'S, etc..
Good understanding of manufacturability, assembly, and GD&T
Ability to lead design activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Strong ownership from Concept → Design → Manufacturing → Assembly → Commissioning
