About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can take our solutions directly to local businesses.
This is a field-sales role where you will visit shops and businesses, speak with business owners, understand their challenges, explain how Morfikos can help, and convert potential customers into clients.
You will be involved in the complete journey — from finding prospects → initial conversation → explaining our solutions → generating leads → closing deals → client onboarding.
What You'll Do
Visit shops, SMEs and local businesses to identify potential clients.
Speak directly with business owners and understand their operational problems.
Explain Morfikos' custom software, automation and AI solutions in a simple, business-friendly way.
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, referrals and follow-ups.
Schedule product/service demonstrations with interested prospects.
Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into paying customers.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and support onboarding.
Maintain a record of prospects, follow-ups and conversions.
What We're Looking For
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and meeting new people every day.
Ability to communicate confidently with shop owners and business decision-makers.
Willingness to learn about software and explain technology in simple terms.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and persistent.
Freshers are welcome — sales ability and attitude matter more than experience.
Candidates with prior field sales, B2B sales or business development experience will be preferred.
