Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture
Design, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS, EKS, ALB, IAM, CodeDeploy, AppConfig, SSM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, and S3
Own IAM architecture — design roles, cross-account access, and troubleshoot permission issues at a policy level
Monitor infrastructure health and cost using CloudWatch dashboards/alarms and CloudTrail audit logs
Build and maintain serverless components using Lambda where applicable
CI/CD & Automation
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Groovy scripting, shared libraries) and GitHub Actions
Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management using Ansible
Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks using Python and PowerShell/Shell scripting
Support and troubleshoot .NET/MSBuild pipelines (NuGet, build performance, Razor compilation).
Security & Compliance
Integrate SAST and DAST tools into CI/CD pipelines to enforce secure coding and deployment practices
Lead security incident response, including credential exposure remediation and access audits
Manage GitHub organization security — GitHub Apps authentication, PAT governance, repo-level access controls.
Platform Support
Administer and troubleshoot infrastructure across both Linux and Windows Server platforms
Work with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database access, query troubleshooting, and coordination with development teams on database-related deployment issues
Support Kubernetes (EKS) workloads — deployments, IAM Identity Center access, cluster-level troubleshooting
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, CloudOps, DevOps or related roles.

Database Tools: SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)
Build Tools: MSBuild, NuGet (for .NET pipelines)
Config Formats: YAML, JSON
Version Control: Git, branching strategies for release management
