Role Overview
As our Global Content Manager, you will shape the stories, visuals, and experiences that define our brand across markets. You’ll lead the development of high-impact content that resonates across cultures, platforms, and fitness communities worldwide.
This role blends editorial leadership, creative direction, cultural insight, and operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with regional teams, creators, athletes, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver content that drives engagement, builds community, and strengthens our global brand presence.
This is a high-visibility role for a strategic thinker with a creator’s instinct and a global mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Global Content Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and own the global content strategy across social, digital, editorial, and community channels • Build scalable content frameworks that local markets can adapt while maintaining brand consistency • Lead global content calendars, campaign planning, and cross-market storytelling
Content Creation & Creative Direction
• Oversee creation of high-quality fitness, wellness, and lifestyle content — video, social, editorial, and experiential • Partner with Creative, Social, Product, and Athlete teams to produce compelling narratives • Ensure content reflects cultural nuance, inclusivity, and global relevance
Localization & Regional Collaboration
• Work closely with LATAM, EU, APAC, and Middle East teams to adapt content for local audiences • Build toolkits, guidelines, and templates that streamline regional execution • Support regional launches, events, and creator partnerships with global content assets
Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
• Collaborate with global creators, trainers, and athletes to develop authentic, community-driven content • Identify emerging fitness trends and creator opportunities across markets
Performance & Optimization
• Monitor content performance across regions and platforms • Use insights to refine strategy, improve engagement, and scale high-performing formats • Partner with Growth and Analytics teams to align content with business goals
Team & Vendor Management
• Manage external agencies, production partners, and freelancers • Build processes that increase content velocity and quality across markets
What You Bring
• 7+ years in content strategy, editorial, or social content roles. ideally in fitness, wellness, or consumer lifestyle • Experience working across multiple markets or global brands • Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate strategy into compelling content • Deep understanding of social platforms, fitness culture, and global content trends • Ability to manage complex workflows, multiple stakeholders, and fast-paced production cycles • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills • Passion for fitness, movement, and building community
