3D interior Designer

Role Description As a 3D Interior Designer at FineArkiton, you will develop detailed 3D visualizations and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate with architects, senior designers, and project managers to translate client requirements into functional layouts, mood boards, and realistic renders. Day-to-day tasks include creating 3D models, material and lighting studies, presentation boards, and design documentation, while ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. You will participate in client meetings, refine designs based on feedback, and coordinate with site teams to support accurate execution of design intent. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong 3D design and visualization skills using tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar software.
Proficiency in interior design fundamentals, including space planning, materials, color theory, and lighting design.
Experience with 2D drafting and documentation using AutoCAD or comparable design software.
Ability to prepare client-facing presentations, mood boards, and design proposals in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in Mumbai is beneficial.
