FineArkiton Spaces delivers commercial interior fit-outs from design through execution. We are hiring a Mumbai-based Project Manager to lead site execution on office interior projects.
What you'll do
- Own commercial office fit-outs from site handover through client handover.
- Plan work, manage contractors, vendors and site teams, and keep projects on schedule.
- Read GFC drawings and BOQs; check measurements, quantities and contractor bills.
- Coordinate with design, procurement and clients on site.
- Monitor quality, safety, material use and progress; close snags before handover.
What we're looking for
- 3-8 years of hands-on site execution in commercial interiors or office fit-outs.
- Strong contractor and vendor management, and comfort with AutoCAD drawings, GFCs and BOQs.
- Based in Mumbai and able to work on site. Immediate joiners preferred.
