Role Description The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role supports daily restaurant operations, including overseeing service quality, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration. The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps maintain high standards of customer service and food & beverage presentation, addresses guest concerns, and promotes a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include assisting with hiring and onboarding team members, supporting inventory management, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and helping implement promotional activities. The role works closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve revenue targets, enhance guest satisfaction, and uphold WOAP Global’s brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
Experience in Hiring and team coordination, with the ability to support training and performance guidance for restaurant staff.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management, both verbally and in writing.
Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service standards, and basic inventory practices.
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
