Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Farm Manager role based in Noida with farm land at sector 146 & village Nasheetee Vrindavan , Company head office at sector 154 noida
The Farm Manager will oversee daily farm operations, including planning and supervising crop cultivation, livestock or poultry activities, and irrigation schedules. Responsibilities include managing farm staff, monitoring farm inputs and inventories, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, and implementing best practices for soil health and resource use.
The role involves tracking production data, coordinating with management on yield targets and budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Agriculture practices, including crop planning, soil management, and sustainable farming methods.
Hands-on experience with Irrigation systems and water management for efficient resource use.
Exposure to Poultry operations, including flock health, housing, and feed management.
Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred with good compter knowledge .
Capability to work on-site in Noida & Nasheetee and adapt to changing operational requirements.
