Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Supervisor based in Noida. The MEP Supervisor will oversee daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on project sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating site work, supervising technicians and contractors, and conducting regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions. The role also involves monitoring facility operations, supporting building maintenance activities, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently. The MEP Supervisor will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to meet project timelines and support smooth operation of amusement rides and infrastructure.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Site Supervision and Site Inspections, with the ability to manage day-to-day activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Candidates should possess experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance, including oversight of building services, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines, fixtures, and water supply/drainage networks.
Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in MEP supervision on commercial, industrial, or amusement/infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices for site and facility operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts, with effective coordination skills across disciplines.
Good communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to guide technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
