Position: Sr. SDET – Java + Selenium
Location: Baner, Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days work from office
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, document, and maintain test automation frameworks.
Own core product capabilities and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Prepare test plans and automation strategies in coordination with PMs and developers.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer inflows, participate in RCA, and implement corrective actions.
Establish testing best practices and improve repeatability through automation.
Develop and execute automated performance tests.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of overall QA experience, including 4–5 years of hands-on automation experience.
Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java and Selenium Grid.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks.
Good knowledge of tools such as Eclipse, JMeter, and Cucumber.
Experience in web application testing and REST API testing.
Good understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with test and defect management tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
