Social Media Management Account Lead

This is a senior client leadership role focused on building and growing strategic social media partnerships. You’ll shape social strategies that connect audience insights, platform behavior, cultural trends, and broader business objectives. You’ll oversee social media and community management programs from planning through execution, reporting, and optimization. The role combines hands-on social expertise with account leadership, operational ownership, and people management. You’ll work closely with creative, influencer marketing, paid media, analytics, strategy, and sales teams to deliver integrated programs. You’ll also guide clients through an evolving social landscape while identifying opportunities to strengthen performance and expand partnerships.
