Fashion Design, Marketing and PR Intern (Offline in Studio)

Location: 5th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru (On-site)
⏰ Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday Off)
⏳ Duration: 2–3 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 on project deliverables + 10% commission on every sale
We are looking for an ambitious, owner-minded Offline Marketing, Fashion Design, and PR Intern to join our studio. This isn’t a role where you sit back and wait for instructions we want someone full of ideas who wants to build, create, and actively implement strategies to scale Myth Era.
If you are passionate about fashion design, storytelling, and brand building, and want to make a tangible impact across our collections, marketing, and partnerships, this is for you.
What You Will Do:
1. Fashion Design & Creative Collections
Contribute creative concepts, styling ideas, and design inputs for our one-of-a-kind wearable art garments.
Bridge the gap between design and storytelling, ensuring our collections translate seamlessly into compelling visual narratives.
2. Partnerships & Designer Onboarding
Pitch online-only designers to onboard their pieces to our Jayanagar studio.
Handle designer relations, negotiations, physical pieces, client trials, and day-to-day coordination.
3. Sales & Market Expansion (Offline & Online)
Offline: Tie up with high-end boutiques, cafes, and furniture stores across Koramangala, Indiranagar, and HSR Layout to place 2–3 Myth Era pieces on consignment.
Online: Reach out to premier luxury platforms like Pernia’s, Ogaan, Aza, and Ensemble. Pitch our one-of-a-kind pieces, share lookbooks, price lists, and brand stories, and follow up until live.
4. PR, Social Media & Hype Generation
Events: Plan and host 2 curated events per month (e.g., Saree workshops, styling sessions, exclusive trial days).
Content Collabs: Drive 1 content collaboration per week—style our garments with other local brands and shoot high-converting Reels.
Exhibitions: Research, book, and coordinate exhibitions and pop-up stalls via wedding planners, art galleries, and event organizers.
Who You Are:
You have a strong interest or background in fashion design, marketing, social media, and PR.
You love fashion, possess great aesthetic taste, and genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
You are a self-starter who brings ideas to the table and knows how to execute them.
Location Requirement: You must be based in South Bangalore / Bengaluru and able to commute to our Jayanagar studio regularly.
