Role Description The Junior Zoho Developer will work on configuring, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications to support business operations at ECHT VENTURES and its associated entities. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and updating modules and workflows, creating custom fields and reports, and implementing automation using Zoho’s scripting and low-code tools. The role involves collaborating with business users to gather requirements, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data accuracy, and documenting configurations and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close coordination with local teams and adherence to established development and deployment processes.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator) and an interest in configuring and customizing business workflows.
Basic understanding of programming or scripting concepts (e.g., Deluge, JavaScript, or similar), and ability to work with APIs or integrations under guidance.
Competence in data handling, including working with spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards, with attention to accuracy and consistency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes and documentation standards.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Interest in continuous learning, including staying updated on Zoho platform features and best practices; prior exposure to CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
