LinkedIn Ghostwriter

Role Summary:
This is a content-first role at the intersection of finance, storytelling, and distribution. You will work on building thoughtful, research-driven content for founders, leadership teams, and finance institutions primarily on LinkedIn (for the start + Instagram if needed).
Success in this role means:
Delivering well-researched, context-aware content
Understanding the audience behind each piece & the profile it is client posted from
Contributing to organic lead and visibility efforts through structured distribution
This role sits within the core execution team at Apex and works directly with founders and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Research finance-related topics including markets, deals, sectors, and startup ecosystems in the ecosystem
Write high-quality content for founder-led personal profiles and company pages (primarily LinkedIn + can be extended to Instagram)
Develop content formats such as thought leadership posts, deep dives, carousels, and launch narratives
Sit in client meetings with the core team to understand their goals & tone
Support organic email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Collaborate with internal team members on content strategy and positioning
Take ownership of assigned content
Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills
Genuine interest in finance, markets, startups, and the investment ecosystem
Ability to research and synthesize complex topics clearly
Prior experience writing for founders, creators, or finance-focused brands is a plus
Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment like an agency
Experience level is flexible (preferred 1 year), we value curiosity, ownership, samples and learning mindset over years of experience.
